Our Academy programme allows our clients to find best-fit junior talent in short timeframes, while simultaneously building your permanent team through the conversion at the end of their initial 12 month engagement. The programme offers continuous support and training to the consultants, with the oversight of our Bonhill Coach to ensure optimal productivity. This in parallel with our regular reporting updates with the client stakeholders allows for seamless integration and enables the consultants growth into future leaders in the business. Once consultants have completed their initial engagement the client is able to convert them to a permanent employee at no cost.
